Residency Applicants

To apply, please use ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service) beginning August 15th.
Our program does not have a supplemental application.

Supporting documents are required and should be directed to ERAS:

1. Common Application Form and Personal Statement
2. Deans letter, including Transcripts
3. USMLE or COMLEX Transcripts. Scores of 80 or higher on Step 1 and 2 will be considered.
4. Three letters of recommendation, one must be from a family physician.
5. Recent photograph

Applicant Requirements:

Twenty four months or less graduation date from medical school. Only applicants who have taken and received scores for USMLE II or COMLEX II by the time the match list goes in will be considered.

International Medical Graduates must be ECFMG certified. One year of U.S. clinical experience is required (not an observership) for students from a non ACGME-approved school. The program will sponsor J1 Visas only for students matched through ERAS.

To obtain information on ERAS, U.S. medical school students should contact the Dean's Office or Student Affairs Office and foreign medical school students should contact the ECFMG.

Each application is reviewed and considered as a whole and will be accepted through December 31st. We will send qualified candidates an invitation to visit our program.

When candidates visit, they tour our facilities, meet with faculty and residents, and socialize at informal gatherings. If lodging or specific needs are required, candidates should let us know in a timely manner..

Each class has twelve residents.

If you are going through the Osteopathic match, you can apply for our AOA Residency. We would encourage you to apply to both if you are going through the NRMP match as well.
